01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the v7v73 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who hold an active account. v7v73 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The v7v73 platform is intended solely for personal entertainment purposes. It is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or source of income. Players should not deposit funds they cannot afford to lose. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall take precedence.

02 Age Restriction

v7v73 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the v7v73 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. v7v73 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

If we have reason to believe that a registered account holder is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all pending withdrawals, and conduct an age verification investigation. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made during the period of underage use will be refunded to the original payment source, minus any amounts already withdrawn, in line with our underage gambling protection policy. Any winnings accumulated on the account will be voided.

03 Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.

• Account credentials must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• v7v73 reserves the right to verify your identity before activating your account or processing any withdrawal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your v7v73 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. v7v73 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. Withdrawals are processed within one to four hours of approval by our payments team, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method linked to your account.

v7v73 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional identity documents, proof of address, or information about the source of funds. These checks are conducted in the interest of protecting all players on the platform and ensuring compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

05 Bonus Terms

v7v73 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the offer-specific terms.

Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering requirement, the eligible games, the time limit for completion, and the maximum withdrawable amount from bonus play are all stated in the individual offer terms. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms below and an offer-specific term, the offer-specific term takes precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the time limit are forfeited automatically.

• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and subsequently withdrawing without genuine play activity may be treated as bonus abuse and result in account suspension.

06 User Obligations

As a registered player on the v7v73 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal recreational gaming and sports betting — and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or navigate game interfaces.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including coordinating bets in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through v7v73.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any betting strategy that deliberately exploits pricing inconsistencies for guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where such strategies are identified as abusive by v7v73's trading team.
• Posting abusive, threatening, or offensive content in any communication channel provided by v7v73, including live chat.
• Impersonating another player, v7v73 staff member, or any other individual.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without v7v73's explicit written consent.

v7v73 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations using all available technical and account data. Where a violation is confirmed, v7v73 may void bets, confiscate winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and take legal action where warranted.

07 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your v7v73 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion option available in your account dashboard before or in addition to requesting account closure. Self-exclusion provides a more robust protection mechanism by preventing you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

v7v73 reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, v7v73 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that funds were accumulated through fraudulent, prohibited, or abusive activity, those funds will be forfeited. Where no such breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player.

08 Limitation of Liability

v7v73 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption or error, we do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from technical faults, or that game results will always be displayed without delay. Scheduled maintenance windows, unscheduled outages, third-party provider failures, and internet infrastructure issues may periodically affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v7v73 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds deposited or wagered, loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.

In the event that a game or sports market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed failure, v7v73 reserves the right to void the affected bets and re-settle them at the correct odds or outcome once the error has been identified and confirmed. Players whose accounts have been credited with incorrect winnings as a result of a technical error are required to notify v7v73 immediately and must not withdraw those funds. Incorrectly credited amounts may be reclaimed by v7v73 at any time.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes v7v73's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration.
